Hello guys..    do you miss me?? xixii~~ 

It's long time for me not update this blog..  yeah, please forgive me.. I have some problem that make me feel errr~~ not fine.. very bad -____- 

but, that's ENOUGH!! I come back with a million SMILE  for you all... :DD

Maybe my Life little change~~ cause NOW I'm not a student in some college again, but I think it's NOT the end of my Life cause I believe Life isn't just rely on the one thing~ :D 

I still have a good parents, family, and my friends who always encourage me when I'm "down"

One day, I'll have a chance to restart  go some college and begin a new student again! I'll feel to be a college student and more appreciate what I have, what I get, and try to be better ..

It's not a failure, it's just a different way for me to through this Life !

- Plagiarisme -

Plagiarisme atau sering disebut plagiat adalah penjiplakan atau pengambilan karangan, pendapat dan sebagainya dari orang lain dan menjadikannya seolah karangan dan pendapat sendiri. (Wikipedia)

Menurut saya, plagiarisme adalah salah satu bentuk kecurangan dan kejahatan yang sangat merugikan orang lain, karena karya/pendapat yang sudah dibuat oleh seseorang diambil / dijiplak tanpa seijin si pembuat dengan mengatasnamakan seolah karya/pendapat tersebut buatan orang itu. hal ini sangat tidak adil bagi si pembuat karya apalagi bila orang tersebut memperjual-belikan dan mengambil keuntungan dari kegiatan plagiarisme tersebut.

Solusi agar tidak terjadi plagiarisme diantaranya dengan menggunakan hak paten dan hak cipta untuk karya kita, dengan adanya hak tersebut, seseorang yang dengan sengaja melakukan plagiat dapat dipidana dengan hukum dan kita memiliki bukti bahwa karya tersebut memang karya kita.

Agar tidak disebut sebagai plagiator , kita juga harus berhati-hati ketika melakukan postingan atau menuliskan karya - karya orang lain dengan mengingat menuliskan sumber dari karya/pendapat seseorang.

Icon SEA GAMES 2011

Siapa sih yang tidak kenal dengan gambar diatas? yap, gambar itu adalah modo dan modi, yaitu sepasang komodo yang menjadi Icon SEA GAMES tahun 2011 ini.
Pemilihan Komodo sebagai Icon SEA GAMES 2011 memiliki alasan tertentu.

Komodo yang merupakan hewan reptile sejenis kadal dan merupakan karnivora(hewan pemakan daging) adalah kadal terbesar yang pernah ada di muka bumi ini dengan rata-rata panjang mencapai 2 hingga 3 meter. Secara alaminya, Komodo hanya dapat ditemukan di pulau Komodo, Nusa Tenggara.

Karena hanya dapat ditemukan di daerah itu, Komodo dianggap sebagai salah satu hewan yang rentan akan kepunahan. Berbagai cara telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia, misalnya seperti mendirikan Taman Nasional Komodo untuk melestarikan dan melindungi mereka dari perburuan liar yang dapat mengakibatkan punahnya satwa langka tersebut.

Untuk itu dalam SEA Games XXVI, pemerintah Indonesia menggunakan satwa langka Komodo sebagai maskot, yaitu Modo dan Modi. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendukung agar satwa langka tersebut bisa terhindar dari ancaman kepunahan dan juga menjadikannya sebagai salah satu keajaiban dunia.

Hubungan Negara dengan Hukum

Menurut Aristoteles , Negara adalah perpaduan beberapa keluarga mencakupi beberapa desa, hingga pada akhirnya dapat berdiri sendiri sepenuhnya dengan tujuan kesenangan dan kehormatan bersama.
Sedangkan pengertian Hukum menurut Plato , hukum merupakan peraturan-peraturan yang teratur dan tersusun baik yang mengikat masyarakat.

Dari uraian pengertian diatas, menurut saya , hubungan antara Negara dan Hukum harusnya adalah Hukum yang berupa peraturan-peraturan tertulis maupun tidak tertulis dibuat untuk mengatur Negara yang terdiri dari masyarakat dengan cara mengikat dan memberikan sanksi pada pelanggarnya demi terciptanya masyarakat yang hidup tentram dan damai dengan keadilan yang sama rata ( mendapat sanksi bagi pelanggar tanpa memandang status sosial ataupun jabatan).
