Healthy.. ^^

hey all...  everyone need a health for their life to do anything..
I have some tips to make us healthy..
hihi.. look at the picture above...

.1. Brush teeth at least twice a day
2. dress politely

3. Check your teeth once every 6 months

4. Get plenty of rest

 5. dry hair before going out
6.makan sufficient and nutritious
 7. go bask occasionally
 8. always use a seat belt when driving
 9. stay away from drinks that contain alcohol
 10. always smiling
 11. do not be too self-indulgent
 12. Take a bath at least twice a day
 13. Vast read to train your brain
 14. occasionally hang out with friends
 15. do not consume too much caffeine
 16. sport
 17. check your eyes once in a while
 18. multiply eating vegetables
 19. just be yourself
 20. Be forgiving of people who
 21. good holiday
 22. celebrate everything
 23. lets doing your hobby
 24. love eveyone
25. do not want to lose the same animals ^ ^
